I recently bought these nail decals from JC Penny’s for $2, and I decided to try them out. They were difficult to use. I had to trim around the edges of the tattoo and be very careful about placing them because the tattoos were sticky. Once on, I had to be careful not to leave the tattoo paper on my nail too long, or the paper would stick to my nails. Also, the sizes were overall pretty small as you can tell from my middle finger. Though these are cute, I wouldn’t purchase these again.
